THE MAGISTRATES AND LEADERS

Humanity, a losing world.

The magistrates and leaders, seriously inconsistent, make humans a world that accepts what is totally unacceptable. They make humanity a seriously insane world that is heading towards its disappearance, in addition to allowing the miseries of the world to continue. There is no more serious accusation in the world.

For many decades, generations even, they have knowingly and deliberately chosen religious beliefs to explain life, the how and why of things, the absolute, to give meaning to life and organize humans, rather than the discoveries subjected to rigorous scientific criticism that have been accumulating for centuries, and which are easily accessible to all.

By choosing to remain silent (silence means consent) about the plausibility of legitimate concepts from very distant times when everyone was very ignorant, in working for their country, the magistrates and leaders of Canada, and elsewhere, where there is a Western culture, democracy and freedom of expression, endorse religious beliefs.

Religious beliefs are still in force in Western countries. In Canada, the preamble to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is the introductory sentence to the Charter of Rights and the Constitution Act, 1982, which is part of the Constitution of Canada. It defines Canada as being founded on principles that recognize the “supremacy of God” and the “rule of law.”

We have freedom of religion and freedom of conscience. These two freedoms are also the freedom to wander in serious denials of reality, despite the existence of stupidities and the useless and endemic suffering of humanity.

THE MAGISTRATES

In addition to being seriously complacent with their duty of reserve, through their functions where they issue judgments, orders and condemnations, magistrates actively participate in the serious hypocrisy of humans, the serious denials of reality and the intellectual cowardice of the conscience of humanity that make humanity stultified, responsible for the existence of stupidities and the useless and endemic suffering of humanity.

Jurists in positions of authority belong to a class that expresses itself in a way that reveals their conscience to be descended from the inquisitors of the Middle Ages, arrogant, with a superiority complex in the face of vulnerable, uneducated people. They have been condemning and have not had to justify themselves or discuss for thousands of years and are willing to continue doing so for thousands more. They have this condescending personality, and feelings of being superior or different from the population. No one in the general public talks like them. Yet the population is no longer as uneducated as it was in the Middle Ages. Magistrates endorse religious beliefs and pay no attention to natural selection. They are on rails laid down centuries ago. They have no awareness of global responsibility. They weigh down the conscience of humanity. They impose their respect. Their general understanding of the situation of humanity is seriously limited.

Around the world, millions of babies haven't even been born yet, and once they're grown up, they will rot in prison because the magistrates, by endorsing religious beliefs to explain life, maintain a poor understanding of life.

The Canadian Judicial Council prides itself on being committed to shared values and responsive to legal and social issues. In so doing, they say, they encourage the continuous learning of judges, so that they can find ways to apply the law in the evolving socio-cultural context of our country, which is entangled in concepts of primitive men and prehistoric men to explain life, the how and why of things, the absolute, to give meaning to life and to organize humans with this antediluvian understanding. Is this incoherent enough? With their noses glued to the laws and rules, they are incapable of looking at life, this formidable phenomenon that appeared on Earth nearly 4 billion years ago that has no connection with the religious beliefs that humans, including the leaders obviously, use to explain life, the how and why of things, the absolute, to give meaning to life and to organize humans. LEADERS

Through their functions where they judge situations and make important decisions, leaders also actively participate in this serious hypocrisy of humans, in the serious denials of reality and in the intellectual cowardice of the conscience of humanity that make humanity stupefied.

The majority of Western leaders adhere to a religion. Other leaders who do not display any religious affiliation endorse the freedom to wander in serious denials of reality, even for people in the highest positions of authority, even though we are all under the threat of nuclear arsenals. This is totally unacceptable.

Nuclear arsenals are equipped with missiles that can travel 6 to 10 times the speed of sound, equivalent to 135,000 times the power of the bomb dropped on Hiroshima 80 years ago. They are fed with several hundred billion dollars each year to further inflate this worst stupidity of all time under the control of the craziest men who have concepts of primitive men and prehistoric men to explain life, the how and why of things, the absolute, to give meaning to life and to organize humans according to this consciousness in the background.

These weapons and religious beliefs are part of the heritage of humanity. They were already there before we were born. We inherited them. We inherited the threat of nuclear arsenals and religious beliefs. We never wanted them.

Humans need a good understanding of things and consciously strong beings to form a coherent and intelligent humanity that works together to obtain a minimally reasonable and minimally democratic civilization, endowed with a sense of global responsibility.

The conscience of humanity and our democracy are far below a required minimum due to the weakness of the collective conscience of magistrates and leaders. The concept of nations also dates back to prehistory and dangerously divides humans in addition to keeping them in serious inconsistencies. Nations are organized according to understandings from several centuries ago.

It is not the children, the poor, the persecuted, the destitute and the refugees who will correct the wandering conscience of humanity!

The coherence of the collective conscience of magistrates and leaders is essential to obtain a coherent conscience of humanity.

Let us demand a minimum of rigor in reasoning from the collective conscience of Western magistrates and leaders, by addressing the courts.
